Jim’s 38 years in the electrical contracting industry makes him a asset to the entire industry as well as the core to JBL Electric.During that time, he gained his experience and reputation through extensive knowledge in all aspects of construction and his ability to successfully complete some of the toughest projects in the utilities industry. Jim has always been a leader who is very involved in the day to day operations and makes sure that every job gets the attention to detail that ensures success at the highest level. He is often found at the job sites offering his insight to the field foremen and crews. Jim founded JBL Electric in 1993 in response to the need for a utility focused electrical contractor in the tri-state area. He quickly gained status as a proven industry leader in the New Jersey construction market and has grown JBL into one of the leading electrical utility contractors in the region. Jim continues to drive JBL into the future. |

Terry began his career in the IBEW local 581 Apprenticeship over 21 years ago. He joined the JBL team in 1996 and has climbed through the ranks, bringing his extensive field experience to the management level. Terry began as an IBEW journeyman wireman and quickly moved on to become a foreman of multiple wireless crews. In 2001, he became a project manager for JBL and was an instrumental part of the company’s growth over the past ten years. Terry’s hard work and natural born leadership lead to his promotion in 2005 to Vice President of JBL. His experience and tremendous ability to match our company resources with our customer’s needs has proved to be a winning formula. Brian is the third generation of Leary's in the electrical industry and is General Manager of JBL Electric. He began working part time at JBL at the age of 14 and continued working his vacations from school through his college years. Brian is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Labor Relations. Upon coming to JBL full time, Brian quickly learned the business side of contracting, by working in every department of JBL and building on his academic credentials. Brian took on the challenge of General Manager in 2008 and carries the responsibility of balancing the duties of supervising the office staff, project management team and business development efforts. Brian’s energy, enthusiasm and growing experience is a foundation upon which JBL will grow into the future. |

Mike O’Donovan joined the JBL team in 2010. Mike has held positions covering all aspects of the Electrical industry including engineering / design, estimating and business development. Prior to Mike’s current position he has held positions as Lead Electrical Designer, Estimator, Chief Estimator to Vice President of Estimating / Business Development. He brings with him experience gained working 22 years in the engineering / construction field. Mike is a graduate of CIT (Ireland) and holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering. Mikes work ethic, tenacity and dedication to get the job done endears him to the position of Director of Business Development at JBL Electric. |

Jerry joined JBL Electric in 2010, as a far ranging and self-directed professional, with over 25 years of industry related and electrical estimating experience. At JBL, his prime responsibility is to manage the estimating functions of its three divisions: Substation, Transmission and Wireless. In working with other members of the JBL Management Team, Jerry used his organizational skills along with a sense of professionalism to establish new procedures and integrate a computerized estimating system. This new system will allow JBL to continue to meet its growth expectations, while becoming more efficient in terms of time and costs to the Company. |

A third generation member of the IBEW, Joe began his career in the Electrical Industry more than 20 years ago. He has constantly challenged himself, crossing borders within the electrical industry and attaining several years of business development experience. As a result, Joe's career has led him across the U.S., including, but not limited to extensive project management in Las Vegas, Nevada where he worked with high profile customers on several mega-resort projects. Joe is truly thrilled to be a part of JBL’s management team where he brings his positive attitude, high level of passion and the constant pursuit of overall customer satisfaction. |
